Terms of play: the rules we apply before your first payout

This page summarises the terms that govern your account in plain language. It is a guide, not the contract itself: the full legal terms live in your account and take precedence wherever the two differ. We have written this summary so that nothing important is a surprise, because a term you only discover at the cashier is a term we failed to explain.

By opening an account you confirm that you are at least 18, that you are permitted to gamble where you live, and that the details you give us are true. Accounts opened on false information are closed at verification, with the balance returned to source and any bonus removed.

Accounts and verification

One account per person, household, IP address and payment method. Duplicate accounts are closed, and balances built on them are removed rather than paid. Before a first withdrawal we verify identity: a photo identity document, a proof of address dated within three months, and a masked card image where a card funded the account. Verification is a licence obligation, it happens once, and it blocks withdrawals rather than play.

Your account currency is fixed at the first deposit and cannot be changed afterwards. Sessions expire on inactivity and on every password change, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself — we will never ask for your password, and any message that does is not from us.

Bonuses, payouts and fair play

Bonus funds carry a 50x wagering requirement on the bonus portion unless a specific promotion states otherwise, and pokies contribute in full while table and live games contribute little or nothing. A maximum bet applies while wagering is active, and exceeding it can void the bonus balance. Winnings from the welcome package are capped at AU$5,000 or six times the four deposits, and no-deposit winnings are capped at AU$200. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is still wagering forfeits the bonus half of the balance.

Withdrawals carry a minimum of AU$20 and a standard weekly ceiling of AU$10,000, which the upper loyalty tiers raise. We charge no fee at our end on any method. We reserve the right to withhold a payout pending checks where we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion or bonus abuse, and to close an account that breaches these terms — but we will not invent a breach to avoid paying a legitimate win, and our complaints route through the Curacao licensor exists precisely so that judgement is not ours alone.

We may change these terms as the law, our licence conditions or our own operations require. When we do, the updated version takes effect in your account, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it — so it is worth rereading the bonus and payout sections before a large deposit rather than assuming last month's figures still apply. Nothing in this summary overrides the full legal terms, and where a genuine conflict exists between the two, the full terms win. Terms change from time to time; the current version in your account always governs. See the homepage for the headline figures that apply to every account.
